AI system for automotive dealers

Turn a customer message into a manager-ready lead

The system receives enquiries from the website, Instagram and messengers, collects the required context and routes a structured lead to the responsible person.

Explore the logic through common enquiry scenarios below

All data is fictional and does not represent real customers or outcomes. Questions, rules and integrations are configured for each dealer.

Where delay appears

The customer has written, but the manager still lacks context

The system does not replace sales. It removes repetitive clarification before the responsible person joins the conversation.

Enquiries arrive across the website, Direct and messengers.

Managers repeatedly ask for the model, budget, timing and contact details.

Context gets lost and the customer repeats information.

There is no consistent lead format for routing between teams.

How the system works

One controlled flow from first message to manager

No promise of magical automation: only clear steps, rules and controlled handoff.

1

Receives the enquiry

Website, Instagram, Viber, Telegram or another agreed channel.

2

Identifies the scenario

Sales, test drive, service, trade-in, buyout or vehicle sourcing.

3

Collects context

Asks only what the manager needs for the next action.

4

Routes the lead

Sends a structured card to the responsible person or CRM.

More than a questionnaire

Not just collecting the model, budget and contact

Collecting data really is easy. The value is in what happens next: classifying the enquiry, routing it to the right department, a structured handoff and controlled exceptions. The system can be described as two layers.

Layer 1 — live from the first launch

The core logic shown in the demo above. It needs no access to your internal systems.

  • Qualifies the enquiry and collects the needed context
  • Classifies the request type and routes it to the right department
  • Builds a structured card for a manager or CRM
  • Reminds about the next step and follows up until the human handoff

Layer 2 — a possible Pilot integration

Not active by default and not shown in this prototype. It is connected only after technical approval during a Pilot.

  • Answers repetitive questions from an approved knowledge source
  • With granted access, may use data on availability, pricing, delivery, financing or service
  • Escalates to a manager when confidence is low or the case is non-standard
First working stage

Start with one process instead of rebuilding the entire business

We choose the most repetitive enquiry type and test it on real conversations first.

  • Current process map and manager handoff point
  • One primary qualification scenario
  • Agreed questions, exceptions and human handoff
  • One or two priority channels
  • Structured lead for a manager or CRM
  • Testing on real enquiries and logic refinement

What this page does not promise

The demo is not connected to your CRM and does not prove future conversion. It shows product logic that must be adapted, integrated and validated against your process.

Prototype vs Pilot

What a Pilot includes and how we know it worked

The prototype shows the logic. A Pilot is one selected process, run on real enquiries, with acceptance criteria agreed in advance.

  • One selected process (for example test drive, service or sourcing)
  • Agreed question-and-answer logic
  • Agreed input channels
  • An agreed lead destination (manager or CRM)
  • Defined escalation rules to a human
  • Test cases for validation
  • Client-side acceptance against these criteria

Cost and timeline depend on scope, channels, data access and the required integrations — so there is no fixed price or fixed schedule on this page.

Implementation FAQ
Is this a regular chatbot?

No. Chat is only the interface. The value is in qualification rules, data routing and exception handling.

Do we need to replace our CRM?

Not necessarily. We first review available integrations and can start with manager notifications or Google Sheets.

Does the assistant replace a manager?

Only within agreed boundaries. Complex or sensitive questions are handed to a person.

Where should we start?

With one process such as test drives, service or trade-in, then add scenarios after validation.

We already keep all chats in one system. Why this?

Collecting messages in one window is aggregation. This is different: the system qualifies the enquiry, classifies it, routes it to the right department and hands over a structured lead. It is processing logic, not another shared inbox.

Isn't this just a questionnaire? Collecting data is easy.

Collecting data really is easy. The harder part is reliably classifying the request, sending it to the right department, respecting the rules and handing it to a manager with context. That logic is what we configure, not a form.

Can the system answer routine questions itself?

Yes, but only within a Pilot and after technical approval. This is Layer 2: the assistant answers repetitive questions from an approved knowledge source and, with granted access, may use data on availability, pricing or terms. It is not connected in the public prototype.

What happens when the system is unsure?

Non-standard, sensitive or unclear cases are handed to a manager immediately. Escalation rules are agreed in advance — the system does not improvise where a person is needed.

What is the smallest useful Pilot?

One process on real enquiries: agreed questions, agreed channels, a lead destination and escalation rules. After it passes the acceptance criteria, you can add the next scenarios.
