CRM + automation · Communication operations

Profiles, conversations and follow-up live in one operator workspace instead of being tracked across disconnected manual steps.

Dating CRM — Romance Compass CRM — profile and conversation workspace

Context

An internal communication product where one operator needs profile context and active contact threads in the same workspace.

The business problem

Conversation work depended on manual tracking: an operator had to remember who needed attention, what happened last and when to follow up.

Previous / manual process

The repeated work was fragmented: profile details, message state and follow-up decisions had to be checked and remembered manually.

Desired outcome

Give the operator one place to see who the person is, which conversations need attention and what should happen next.

The solution

System designed

A CRM workspace connects profile information with a contact list, unread indicators and follow-up control.

What was delivered

A CRM prototype with profile context, contact threads, unread-state visibility, follow-up logic and an admin/moderation layer.

How it works

1

Step 1

Open a profile and recover the relevant person context.

2

Step 2

See active contacts and unread conversation states in the same workspace.

3

Step 3

Work the conversation and keep the next follow-up visible instead of relying on memory.

Verified result / current proof

The verified result is a completed operator-flow prototype. Commercial performance data is not presented.

A completed working prototype that demonstrates the full operator flow from profile context to active conversations and follow-up. The current proof is the real CRM interface shown in the project screenshot; no conversion or revenue metric is claimed.

Evidence available

Real CRM interface screenshot supplied from the completed prototype.
